INHIBISPHERES® M is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® M is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® M is metal-free. Low levels of INHIBISPHERES® M give superior performance when compared to traditional corrosion inhibitors on steel.

Min-U-Sil® is a natural, fine ground silica of the highest purity. Choose from 5 different grades from 5 to 40 micron topsize. Near-neutral pH and narrow size distributions allow very high loading with minimal effect on viscosity and cure rates.

PL-200 is an effective hydrophilic fumed silica providing excellent gloss and rheology control in inks, coatings, adhesives gel coats and resins.

Natrochem TBEP DLC-A is blend of tributoxyethyl phosphate and silicon-dioxide. Provides very low temperature flexibility to plastics and acrylonitrile elastomers. Used as a plasticizer and a flame retardant in adhesives. It may retard cure with large loadings. Incorporates rapidly; aids filler dispersion; and reduces pigment requirements in colored stocks.

XYSIL® R230 is a Fumed Silica aftertreated with HMDS(hexamethyldisilazane) based on a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300m2/g.

FUMISIL® 150 is a fluffy white-blue fine amorphous powder with extremely small particle size, enormous surface area and high purity, without taste and odor.

Vitro Minerals Pyrogenic Silica RS-50 is a100% recycled synthetic, hydrophilic, fully X-ray amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white, submicron-sized powder of high purity and a surface area of 20-50 m/g. The primary particles, sized between 60 and 300 nm (0.06-0.3 um), are spherical and form loosely agglomerated micro-clusters up to about 3 um.

SiSiB® FS-0200 Fumed Silica is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m2/g. Hydrophilic fumed silica is manufactured by hydrolysing volatile chlorosilanes in an oxyhydrogen flame. In chemical terms, the loose white powder consists of highly pure amorphous silicon dioxide. Hydrophilic silica is wetted by water and can be dispersed in water. Hydrophobic silica is produced by the chemical reaction of hydrophilic silica with reactive silanes, e.g. chlorosilanes or hexamethyldisilazane. It has water-repellent properties and is no longer dispersible in water.

Nordkalk W400 is characterized by different particle sizes and low, medium or high aspect ratio (L/D). In addition, wollastonite products are available surface treated, e.g. in plastics to enhance dispersion in polymer resin. Due to its unique chemical composition, particle structure and high brightness, wollastonite offers many advantages for glazing and body formulations in ceramic applications. Wollastonite is used as a functional filler in paint & coating applications, where technical requirements are high.

Micronized Products Tioxsil is a magnesium silicate mineral with a monoclinic crystal structure. It is characterized by its softness and platy or lamellar physical structure. When ground into a fine powder, this lamellar property gives a smooth, soapy feel.
