Southeastern Performance Minerals SMica40 is a wet ground muscovite mica, processed specifically for industrial applications. Proprietary milling induces a high degree of delamination, which translates into a high aspect ratio and increased resiliency.

MicroTalc® SR is a magnesium silicate mineral with a monoclinic crystal structure. It is characterized by its softness and platy or lamellar physical structure. When ground into a fine powder, this lamellar property gives a smooth, soapy feel.

VALCAL 1020 is ground Calcium Carbonate based products made from very white, pure crystalline CaCO3 with low oil absorption properties.

Sil-cell® 35 has been found to be cost effective in the manufacturing of joint compounds, adhesives, auto body putty, cultured marble, wall patching compounds, stucco, ready mix gypsum plasters, resins, plastics and a variety of other composites. Talc SR 6M has good chemical resistance for applications in paint and coating formulations; it improves corrosion resistance, water permeability, and film integrity. This talc can also be used in construction products such as joint compound, adhesives, sealants, putties, and caulks.

Talc MP 25-38 is a fine-particle talc with high brightness, low surface area and oil absorption, and excellent Hegman fineness. It is used in a number of applications including: industrial and architectural coatings and primers; adhesives and sealants; and caulks and putties. It is low in abrasion, chemically inert and has a platy crystal shape that improves weatherability and reinforcement.

West System 407-B Low-Density, 14 lb is a blended microballoon-based fairing filler for WEST SYSTEM Epoxy. Add 407 to a mixture of epoxy resin/hardener to create a fairing putty. It’s easy to sand or carve this putty once it has cured. The filler is reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy to a “peanut butter” consistency, it will be easy to fair. The higher the percentage of 407 in your epoxy mix, the easier it will be to fair. Cures to a dark red/brown color.

West System 404-45 High-Density Adhesive Filler, 43 oz is an epoxy thickening additive. We developed it for maximum physical adhesive properties in hardware bonding, or anywhere that high-cyclic loads are anticipated. Blended with epoxy, it makes an excellent gap filler or structural filets. Use this filler wherever you need an especially strong bond.
