Esschem MMA - HPMA Bead Copolymers are a versatile range of copolymers combining methyl methacrylate (MMA) with hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA). With increased MMA content, these copolymers exhibit elevated glass transition temperatures, melting points, and tensile strengths, providing enhanced strength and durability. Conversely, higher HPMA content improves adhesion and reduces glass transition temperatures, melting points, and tensile strengths, offering flexibility and tailored characteristics. VANSIL® HR-2000 Wollastonite is a high aspect ratio, short needle grade of wollastonite. It is used principally as a mineral filler and reinforcing agent to enhance mechanical strength properties in high build coatings, texture paint, block fillers, joint compounds and adhesives. In high film build coatings, the needle-like shape of VANSIL HR-2000 improves mud crack resistance and sag resistance, while also contributing to peak retention in texture coatings. The naturally high pH of wollastonite helps to buffer latex paints and coatings, which contributes to improved corrosion resistance and weathering. This also extends in-can stability and prolongs the lifetime of the coating. It is recommended that high aspect ratio grades of VANSIL be added late in process to avoid possible damage to the needle structure from high shear mixing.

DIXIE CLAY® Filler is an air-floated fine particle size kaolin clay that can be used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes.

Texipol® 63-258 is an inverse emulsion thickener known for imparting an extremely short flow to a wide variety of aqueous and non-aqueous compositions, effective across a wide pH range. Its polymer, already in solution as the ammonium salt, eliminates the need for additional additives to promote thickening. APEO-free, Texipol® 63-258 is suitable for various applications requiring short flow characteristics.

BILT-PLATES® 156 Filler is a fine particle size (4 Hegman fineness) air-floated kaolin clay. It is used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes. It can be used as a TiO2 spacer in coatings that do not require a high brightness filler.

KBB Menhaden Fish Oils are used as an additive in caulking, glazing, marine lubricants, sealants, paints, inks, soaps, and greases.

MIN-U-GEL 400 is a hydrous magnesium aluminum silicate with gelling and rheological properties used to thicken and stabilize aqueous systems. MIN-U-GEL® 400 can be used alone or in conjunction with associative thickeners where a low shear thixotrope is needed to support the high shear thixotropy of the associative thickener. MIN-U-GEL® 400 was developed especially with controlled properties specifically to function as a binder during the production of molecular sieves.

Falgel® 90 is a fine particle size colloidal clay for use in aqueous coatings. It provides excellent syneresis control, superior anti-settling properties, sag control, and reduces roller splatter.

Viplex 200 is a general purpose PU/Epoxy extender to help increase formulation viscosity.

Linear styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer DST L 30-01 is essentially a product of styrene and butadiene block polymerization in hydrocarbon solution in the presence of alkyllithium catalyst.
