MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9523 is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer with a 60% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system, which is black in color. It has high stiffness, improved surface appearance, and is suitable for various applications such as reflectors. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for two to four hours depending on moisture content. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 320-340°C and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.
