MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9422-1 is a base polymer of Polyphenylene Sulfide containing 30% glass fibers and 15% PTFE. It has improved sliding and wear, high stiffness, and high toughness, making it suitable for use in the automotive and machinery market segments for bearings and sliding elements and functional components. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of >140°C.
