It has improved sliding/wear, high stiffness, and low warpage and is typically used for bearing and sliding elements, and functional components in Automotive and Machinery markets. It requires processing injection molding with melt temperatures of 320-340°C and mold temperatures of greater than 140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content.
