MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9200-1 is a base polymer of Polyphenylene Sulfide that has a filler/additive system of 60% glass fiber/mineral and is known for its high toughness. It is typically used for automotive seals and various applications. For pre-drying, it should be dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours at 130-140°C, depending on moisture content. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 320-340°C and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.
