ALTECH® PA6 A 2050/500 GF50

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2050/500 GF50 is a polyamide 6 injection molding grade with 50% glass fibers, heat-stabilized and easy-release features. It is suitable for automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure applications. Pre-drying is required in a dry-air (desiccant) dryer at a temperature below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, and the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C, with a mold temperature of 80-100°C. The material is laser etchable (light etching) and has good flow characteristics.
