MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.
