Schercodine™ S (Flaked) amido-amine is a cationic surfactant. It is an effective conditioner in hair and skin care products. It is a flaked, solid tertiary amine. It is used in pH 3.4–4.4 formulations as a quaternary ammonium salt as a conditioner. It is used to replace quaternary cationic surfactants in rinse-off conditioners. It provides excellent wet combing and wet sensory common protonating acids are lactic, aspartic, citric, and glutamic acids.

Schercemol™ SHS ester is a naturally-derived, soft emollient that liquefies upon contact with the skin. It has excellent spreading properties and is recommended for use in moisturizing lotions, hair pomades and conditioners, liquid make-up, cream powders, lipsticks, and lip glosses.
