Capitol Food Company Guar Gum is also called guaran, a galactomannan polysaccharide extracted from guar beans. This product has thickening and stabilizing properties that are useful in food, feed, and industrial applications. The guar seeds are mechanically dehusked, hydrated, milled, and screened according to application. It is typically produced as a free-flowing, off-white powder.

Mosselman Sorbitan Tristearate (26658-19-5) are non-ionic emulsifiers obtained by the esterification of dehydrated sorbitol with fatty acids. These esters are mostly water in oil emulsifiers, but they can also act as oil in water emulsifiers when they are used in combination with the ethoxylated sorbitanesters.
