EmCap 12633 is a product made from stabilized and thinned instant waxy maize starch. It is available in both powder and solid forms. EmCap 06376 NGM is a stabilized waxy maize starch derived from non-GM (NGM) waxy maize. It is a lipophilic starch that functions as a barrier to reduce oxidation. It has effectively replaced gum Arabic as a spray-drying agent for products requiring emulsification. It can be used alone or in combination with maltodextrins or corn syrup solids (spray-dried glucose syrup) to control viscosity with negligible impact on yield.
