SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH2315 is a reinforced, 30% glass fiber-filled amorphous thermoplastic polyimide resin that offers an extremely high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to the highest temperatures, as well as very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material. It is also inherently flame retardant, achieving UL94 V0 ratings at 0.75 mm and V0, 5VA at 1.0 mm and 1.5 - 1.65 mm. This material is RoHS compliant and is available in natural and black colors with a transparent amber base.

Xytron™ G4024T is a high-performance plastic compound that is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Stanyl® TW200B6 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.
