E-Tec 521 is a one-of-a-kind, water-based wax emulsion that serves as a dry film lubricant as well as a corrosion preventive. It is suggested for use on artillery shell casings, small arms ammunition clips, and other military weatherproofing applications. E-Tec 521 is also a good piano stringing lubricant and an excellent corrosion preventive and dry film lubricant for steel strapping. E-Tec 521 is used as a torque reducer and corrosion resistant lubricant on a variety of fasteners, as well as a dry film lubricant in the installation of a variety of rivets. This product is intended for use as a corrosion-preventive and decorative coating on cast iron and over-treated surfaces such as phosphate, bonderized, and anodized surfaces.

It is an optimal additive at the production of varnishes, coating materials, inks, textile and leather finishings. EMULTROL CP-2360 is very suitable as surface polish.
