HDK® T30P is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30P is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers. However, it is not suitable for use in pharmaceuticals, food, and feed applications. It is essential to achieve a good dispersion of HDK® T30P to ensure optimal performance.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® E14 Red is a non-sag acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It meets the physical requirements of MIL-A-46106, Group I, Type I, and Group III, Type I.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3170/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3170 series. It is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3844/30 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

WACKER® AK 100 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 100,000 mm²/s. It is formulated with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations.
