It is optimal in terms of oxidation, and is useful as a base oil and an additive for most applications requiring high temperature stability such as 2 and 4 stroke oils, compressor oils, hydraulic fluids, greases and gear oils.

LEXOLUBE T-110 is a long chain fatty acid ester derived from vegetable sourced saturated fatty acids. It provides excellent metal adhesion and a low friction tribofilm. It may be used as a lubricity additive or friction modifier for a broad range of metalworking applications.

LEXOLUBE Z-100 is a high viscosity polymer ester suitable for use as an additive or co-base stock to boost viscosity, viscosity index and lubricity. Long chain length adds tack and body to lubricant formulations. Because of its inherent polarity, it is generally incompatible with mineral oil and PAO base oils.
