DEHESIVE® 920 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid that forms an integral part of a multicomponent system. When combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and potentially a CRA® release modifier, it is employed to apply a release coating onto paper and filmic substrates.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 35 is a colorless to yellow liquid composed of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)vinylsilane. It is not miscible with water and decomposes when exposed to water or moisture, forming methylethylketoxime. This crosslinker is specifically used as a raw material in the production of oxime-cured RTV-1-silicone rubber compounds.

VINNAPAS® EN 1092 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens and textile coating markets. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® EN 1092 provides a unique combination of high dry and wet strength, making it an excellent choice for various applications. VINNAPAS® 323 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C. It is specifically developed as a fast-setting and high-heat-resistant dispersion, offering compatibility with fully hydrolyzed PVOH. VINNAPAS® 323 is designed as a base for high-speed packaging applications. It demonstrates excellent wet tack, fast setting properties, and a moderate response to plasticizer thickening.

DEHESIVE® EM 490 is a vinyl polymer emulsion that contains polymer and is employed in conjunction with catalysts and silicone emulsion crosslinkers to impart release properties to various substrates. The primary application of this product is in the production of hygiene papers.

Wacker Chemie Methyl Acetate (MetAc) 97% is a clear, colorless liquid with a mild, ester-like odor. It is produced continuously, with a capacity of several thousand metric tons per year. It has undergone full registration under REACH. This product serves as a solvent in detergent, adhesive, paint, and coating applications.

VINNAPAS® 530 ND is a construction dispersion for primers, cement admixes, and repair mortars. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is based on a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer. It reduces the elastic modulus and enhances adhesion. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is an unplasticized 55% dispersion of a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer in water.

HDK® H21 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H21 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various applications such as composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

WACKER® Silane M1-Triethoxy is a clear, colorless liquid with an odor characteristic of alcohols. The use of WACKER® Silane M1-Triethoxy to render fillers water repellent considerably improves their dispersibility and reduces their sedimentation tendency. Mineral-filled plastics can thus be processed more easily. Additionally, resistance to moisture and chemicals is much higher.

VINNAPAS® EZ 222 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with hydroxyethyl cellulose and surfactant. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +18.0°C. This dispersion offers excellent scrub resistance, good flow and leveling properties, and low viscosity. It has a high solid content and is produced without the use of APEOs.

VINNAPAS® 315 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +17 °C, which contributes to its exceptional heat resistance and high tensile strength. Specifically formulated as a base for high-speed packaging adhesives, VINNAPAS® 315 demonstrates remarkable wet tack and thickening responses. Its poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilization and impressive mechanical stability ensure smooth machining and enable its utilization in various roll, extruder, or spray applications.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter HF 86 is a solvent-free adhesion promoter specifically designed for enhancing the adhesion of addition-cured liquid silicone rubbers to textiles. It provides improved bonding between silicone rubbers and textiles, making it ideal for textile coatings. Additionally, it can be used as a textile primer in aqueous solutions. Notably, WACKER® Adhesion Promoter HF 86 is completely solvent-free.

DEHESIVE® 921 is a 100% solvent-free, addition-curing silicone specifically designed for coating paper and filmic substrates used in the production of single- and double-sided industrial release laminates. It offers fast curing properties, ensuring efficient processing. Additionally, it exhibits low release characteristics at low peel speeds and features a dynamically increasing release profile. SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. This product is highly compatible with indoor paints and has a positive influence on wetting and leveling properties.

WACKER® Finish CT 51 L is a solvent-based silicone rubber solution specifically designed for fine coatings on textile substrates. It enables the application of fine coatings with a weight as low as < 5 g/m². This product offers high water columns and low air permeability, resulting in excellent performance. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional layer-to-layer adhesion when multiple coating layers are applied.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 1577 is an environmentally conscious product that helps save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is independently audited by a third party. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the chosen product version and is detailed in the corresponding certificate.

VINNOL® H 40/43 is a copolymer composed of approximately 66 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 34 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film once the solvent in the formulation has evaporated.

DEHESIVE® SF 500 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is part of a multi-component system. It is part of a release coating for paper and filmic pressure-sensitive laminates. Examples include uses for single- and double-sided industrial release laminates.

DEHESIVE® EM 428 is the base polymer for a three-component aqueous emulsion system. It is used in combination with WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 15 and WACKER® CATALYST EM 459. The product is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and works on papers of varying porosity and films. The cure is achieved using a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

DEHESIVE® EM 427 is the base polymer in a three-component aqueous emulsion system. It is combined with WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 15 and WACKER® CATALYST EM 459. This product is specifically developed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and can be utilized on papers with different levels of porosity as well as films. Cure is achieved through a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

VINNAPAS® EP 756 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a low viscosity and low levels of formaldehyde and free VAM residue. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, allowing for the creation of permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion.

HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. SILFOAM® SH is an anhydrous antifoam compound used in various industrial applications. It was specifically developed for different technical applications, including the biotechnological industry. Additionally, it is a reliable degassing aid for PVC pastes and casting resins.

WACKER® Plasticizer 100 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid with a density of approximately 0.96 g/cm³ at 25°C. It is not soluble in water. This product is commonly used in silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer 100 serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

VINNAPAS® EP 710 is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that is characterized by its low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue content. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 710 provides enhanced adhesion to films, particularly polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, it demonstrates high-viscosity thickening responses to plasticizers and solvents.

SILFOAM® SD 882 is an anhydrous, low viscosity antifoam agent that has the ability to form a fine dispersion when introduced to water or highly polar systems. Its degree of organomodification allows it to effectively control negative effects such as surface defects and separation tendencies.

VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is an approximately 50% solution of a vinyl acetate/vinyl laurate copolymer in ethyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic solvents, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The solution's compatibility with alcohol is limited. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is not compatible with aliphatic compounds.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack, providing improved adhesion to films like polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) demonstrates very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

VINNAPAS® 400 H is a poly(vinyl alcohol)-stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a higher-viscosity, high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in achieving much higher formulation viscosities.
