GENIOSIL

GENIOSIL® CS 2 is an unsaturated alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it hydrolyzes and liberates alcohol to form silanols that can react with themselves to form siloxanes. As it possesses both silyl and unsaturated organic groups, GENIOSIL® CS 2 acts as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

GENIOSIL® GF 31 is an alkoxysilane with a methacrylic organofunctional group. It is a clear, colorless, light, and heat-sensitive liquid with a characteristically sweet odor. The silane hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture, releasing methanol, to form silanols that react with themselves to produce siloxanes. As a bifunctional, organically unsaturated molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 31 can be incorporated into organic polymers via radical grafting.

GENIOSIL® GF 56 is an alkoxyvinylsilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. GENIOSIL® SMP 100 is a clear, viscous liquid that readily dissolves in standard organic solvents. GENIOSIL® Stabilizer F is a liquid system specifically developed for filled waterproofing liquid membranes that utilize GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. This product is also suitable for stabilizing standard filled sealant and adhesive formulations based on GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. It contains a synergistic blend of 20% UV absorber and 40% HALS, combined within vinyltrimethoxy silane GENIOSIL® XL 10.

GENIOSIL® Stabilizer T is a liquid system specifically formulated for transparent waterproofing liquid membranes utilizing GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. Additionally, it is suitable for stabilizing standard transparent sealant and adhesive formulations based on GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. The product contains a synergistic blend of 33% UV absorber and 33% HALS, combined within vinyltrimethoxy silane GENIOSIL® XL 10.

GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. This hydrolysis process leads to the formation of silanols, which have the ability to react with each other and form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® ZK 26 is a binder that utilizes a siloxane reinforced alpha-silane technology. It is specifically designed for coating and adhesive applications.
