Polypropylene (PP) regranulates are recycled mainly of cups, trays and bottle tops. That is why the material is particularly well suited for injection molding. In terms of its composition and properties, our PP corresponds to a heterophase copolymer (HECO) existing in the virgin material. The mechanical properties can be varied over a wide spectrum. We would be delighted to assist you in selecting the grade most suitable for you. Our development team is available to help you and to quickly and individually respond to your requests about its mechanical properties and color.

Polyolefin (PO) material is a co-product from our separation process. The stable ratio of PE-LD and PP, the mechanical properties are defined and highly constant. Thus grades are available as a replacement for PE or PP. Our PO is also frequently used as a component of a compound recipe.

Polyethylene (PE) regranulates are mainly recycled from used packaging film, carrier bags and bottles. They are thus ideally suited for extrusion and blow molding processes.

Polystyrene (PS) regranulates are mainly recycled from milk product packaging. Typical PS packaging is manufactured using injection-molding and thermoforming processes. The melt viscosity of our PS regranulates therefore allows them to be recycled in both types of process. The degree of impact strength is optimized in the compounding step.
