ELASTA-TUFF 5000 is a single component, liquid applied, high adhesion, moisture cured polyurethane waterproofing coating. It is used as the First Coat or Base Coat for most of the polyurethane deck and roof coating systems supplied by TUFFLEX Polymers. ELASTATUFF 5000 is used in those areas where a low VOC, medium solvent containing base coat is desired.

TUFFLEX Standard Outdoor RBC is a single component, liquid applied, water cured, urethane-polyurea elastomeric waterproofing membrane. TUFFLEX STANDARD OUTDOOR “RBC” can be used as the primary “Non-Gassing” waterproofing base membrane in many of the traffic bearing waterproofing systems manufactured by TUFFLEX Polymers.

TUFFLEX Solvent Free “TUFF” is a liquid applied Water Cured Urethane (WCU) elastomeric membrane that is used in many of the TUFFLEX Polymers (TUFFLEX) High Performance Coating Systems.

TUFF-POXY PRIMER #2 is a two-component, solvent borne epoxy primer/sealer. It is a high penetration primer/sealer for use with urethane deck coating and waterproofing membrane systems where solvent based primers can be tolerated.

UREA-TUFF 4260 is a two-component, liquid-applied hybrid polyurea elastomer designed for use as a mix-in-the-bucket, but yet rapid-curing, monolithic waterproofing membrane. is a solvent-free aromatic polyurea-polyurethane elastomer containing no tar or asphaltic extenders.

ELASTA-TUFF 6000-AL is a single component, liquid applied, moisturecuring, aliphatic polyurethane industrial maintenance coating. It is used as the Top Coat for most of the polyurethane deck coating systems supplied by TUFFLEX Polymers (TUFFLEX). ELASTA-TUFF 6000-AL is used in those areas where a low VOC, mild to medium solvent containing coating is required by regional EPA regulations.

TUFF-POXY #7-WB is a three-component (resin, hardener and water), water-borne epoxy primer with low VOC and low odor. TUFF-POXY #7-WB is a fast-drying epoxy primer for use with various TUFFLEX Polymers UREA-TUFF polyurethane and UREA-TUFF polyurea deck coating and roof coating systems.

TUFF-POXY 607-WB is a two-component, liquid-applied, water-borne epoxy primer/sealer for various substrates. It is one of the primer/sealers used with the moisture-curing deck coating systems. It is a two-component, low odor, liquid applied epoxy primer/sealer designed for easy mixing with a simple 1 to 1 volume ratio. The primer/sealer may be applied after thoroughly mixing the two components together and allowing a 30 minute induction period.

TUFF-POXY PRIMER #1 is a two (2) component, 100% solids, solvent-free liquid applied, epoxy-polyamine primer. The special polyamine gives unique penetrating characteristics and a rapid cure. It has low viscosity and excellent adhesion to various surfaces and basecoats.

TUFF-POXY Primer #3 is a low VOC epoxy primer/sealer. is a two-component, high solids, liquid applied, epoxy-polyamine primer. TUFF-POXY PRIMER #3 is a low viscosity, quicker drying version of the TUFF-POXY PRIMER #1. The special blend of polyamine with small amounts of solvent gives unique penetrating characteristics and a rapid cure. It has a low viscosity and improved adhesion to most substrates.

COLORCOAT AL-ESTER is a single component, liquid applied, moisturecured, aliphatic polyester-polyurethane surface protection coating. COLORCOAT AL-ESTER is a wear surface and waterproofing topcoat used in the TUFFLEX Systems. When COLORCOAT AL-ESTER is incorporated into these systems, it helps to protect concrete and plywood decks, parking structures, mechanical equipment pads and areas that require a seamless membrane system for protection against water damage. It can also be used on substrates in industrial locations, heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic areas, and on many other properly prepared substrates. COLORCOAT AL-ESTER can also be used as a topcoat for polyurethane athletic track surfaces that need protection from oils, greases, mild chemical spillage and ultraviolet light. Do not use in areas of water immersion such as water parks and ponds.

UREA-TUFF 4290 is a high solids content, two-component, liquid applied, aliphatic industrial maintenance coating based on new polyurea technology. It can be used as a high solids top coat for many of the polyurea and polyurethane deck coating systems supplied by TUFFLEX Polymers (TUFFLEX). UREA-TUFF 4290 displays a lower level of irritating odors and is formulated with environmentally friendly Oxol-100, resulting in a minty smell.
