The Casamid series includes high gloss and functional epoxy curing agents for thermosetting powder coating and reactive matting agents for interior and exterior use on different substrates.

Casacide™ are used extensively in a wide range of anti‐microbial, disinfectant and detergent applications marketed outside of the European Union. The chloroxylenol grades are not supported, at present, under BPR (EU Regulation 528/2012) and so are not permitted, currently, for use as components of biocidal formulations for marketing within the European Union.

The dibenzamido diphenyl disulphide (DBD) chemistry used to produce the active ingredient within Pepton® is widely considered by the rubber processing industry to be more environmentally acceptable than traditional pentachloro thiophenol based peptisers. Thomas Swan’s DBD is the only fully REACH registered chemical peptiser. A range of formulated Pepton® products is available, each having different concentrations of the active ingredient combined with a range of complementary proprietary additives that enhance peptising performance."

The only chloroxylenol API to have received rigorous FDA, USP and GMP accreditations, giving customers complete confidence in quality and regulatory compliance. It is a highly‐effective, versatile active ingredient, used commonly in a wide range antiseptic formulations as well as in solid, and liquid, medicinal soaps globally. Casamed™ is manufactured to meet high‐quality specifications, including BP or USP monographs, and can be supplied in a variety of standard, or tailor‐made, packaging options. Casamed™ may also be formulated together with Casamed™ Odor Mask, a highly‐effective deodoriser for personal care applications.

Casastab™ T is a thickening agent for latex compounds. It is recommended particularly where a moderate increase in viscosity is required, for example in dipping compounds and adhesives.Function: Viscosity Modifier, Thickener, Rheology Modifier
