Deco Top Clear a great choice for decorative flooring systems being exposed to moderate levels of UV sources such as garages, basements, offices with a high concentration of windows, and industrial applications.
- Product Application
- Surface Preparation: New concrete must have a 28-day cure and be applied to a clean/sound substrate that is free of laitance and curing compounds. Mechanical preparation by means of shot-blasting or diamond grinding to a minimum of a CSP 2/3 as defined by ICRI, then properly vacuumed to remove any remaining dust.
- Mixing : Pre-mix both components separately for approximately 1-2 minutes. Combine both components and mix an additional 3 minutes at a low to medium rpm.
- Applying Product: Pour product into “ribbons”, then spread with a high-quality squeegee. Backroll the material in the opposite direction of how it was squeegeed onto the surface. DO NOT TURN THE MIXING VESSEL (BUCKET) OVER ON THE FLOOR IN AN EFFORT TO UTILIZE THE ENTIRE CONTENTS.
- Typical Coverage will be between 80-160 square feet per gallon. This will vary depending on the surface to which the mixed product is applied.
