Steel Primer (732) is a 92% solids, two-component epoxy primer used primarily over steel substrate materials to promote adhesion. SteelPrime has been formulated for interior or exterior use, meets VOC regulations and is USDA approved. For best results against abrasion and chemical resistance, this primer should not be used without a topcoat application.

DecoTop Clear Plus (707) is a two (2) component 100% solids waterclear epoxy that is specifically formulated to be a highperformance, U.V. resistant, extremely durable, high gloss protective coating. Deco Top Clear is expressly recommended for interior applications.

DecoWear™ (745) is a two (2) component 100% solids water clear polymer specifically formulated to be a base and intermediate coat for the DecoFlake and DecoQuartz decorative flooring systems. DecoWear™ is formulated with a cycloaliphatic curing agent and may be used as a clear topcoat where minimal UV discoloration can be tolerated.

ArmorBond (730) is a two (2) component, 100% solids epoxy polymer Base Coat system for medium and general use applications where a normal cure formulation can be tolerated. Blended with select aggregates, this system can be trowel applied as an overlay system or applied as a slurry system with optional broadcast aggregate. 730 ArmorBond, when coated with one of the appropriate topcoats, provides very good impact, abrasion and chemical resistance characteristics.

VaporGard (211) is a 100% solids, non-shrink epoxy specifically formulated to penetrate into the smallest fissures and voids sealing the concrete, effectively reducing the amount of MVTR (moisture vapor emission rate). VaporGard #211 is to be installed to properly prepared concrete where moisture vapor drive is suspected, or been identified through approved testing methods. Vaporgard #211 has been designed for interior use only.

ArmorPrime Ultra-Fast (727) is a straw/clear 100% solids two component epoxy specifically formulated to be used as both a primer and/or a base coat. ARMORPRIME ULTRA-FAST has been specifically formulated to cure very rapidly. Due to the low viscosity of this product, it is an ideal choice to adhere to concrete creating a tenacious bond. This product can be applied as a “neat” coat, or can be mixed with aggregates such as fine mixed silica to aid in filling in rough or uneven substrates. ArmorPrime Ultra-Fast #727 has been designed for interior use only.

ArmorPrime 100 (734) is a straw colored 100% solids, two (2) component epoxy primer used over concrete substrates to promote adhesion and to seal old or new concrete to help prevent bubbles from occurring which are typically associated with concrete outgassing.

DecoTop Clear (748) is a two (2) component, 100% solids, low viscosity, water-clear epoxy that is specifically formulated to be a high-performance, intermediate, or topcoat for DecoFlake and DecoQuartz flooring systems. This proprietary formulation produces superior clarity, excellent resistance to ultraviolet (UV) light exposure, and higher gloss retention when compared to general-use epoxy products. DecoTop #748 is recommended for interior applications.

FlexGard M (739) is a unique 100% solids, two-component, low modulus flexible epoxy coating system. This self-leveling, flexible membrane produces elongation characteristics of 150% to 160% and remains flexible at temperatures between 0°F and 150°F. A resilient, durable, and tough flexible surface that is excellent for bridging non-working or nonmoving cracks up to 1/16" wide without additional preparation or the need to address each crack individually.

FlexGard T (309) is an extremely versatile product and may be applied over Thermal-Chem’s 309 FlexGard M where a flexible membrane is required or over Thermal-Chem EPIC system where concrete strengthening and crack control is required. 309 FlexGard T is a two-component 100% solids, low-modulus (30% to 40% elongation) moisture insensitive epoxy polymer. 309 FlexGard T may be applied as a seeded broadcast system, blended with selected aggregates for a trowel applied epoxy mortar overlay or as a slurry with an optional broadcast. It is Formulated for interior or exterior use this versatile product possesses excellent impact resistance and wearability, even when exposed to constant vehicle traffic.

ArmorPrime WB (1080) is a two-component water-based epoxy that acts as a multi-functional primer or as a sealer. A great choice to seal older concrete surfaces to prevent out-gassing and air bubbles from transmitting through subsequent coatings. When applied in two or more coats, ArmorPrime-WB #1080 produces a very durable sealer coat. (For interior use only).
