Unfilled Modeling Wax, Soft is a softer, unfilled modeling wax, easily softened by hand heat. Easy to model and sticks to itself readily. Suitable for direct lost wax casting. Harden with green casting wax 1584 or 1584W to produce a firmer modeling wax. Soften with oil or petroleum jelly. We also offer a firmer version . color: Brown.

Melt Blend BMB 4425 is a Natural Wax Blend for Wax Melts. Its vegetable wax and beeswax blend is designed specifically for making great wax melts and tarts.

Carnauba Wax – Organic – Type 1 is a 100% natural Carnauba Wax certified organic by The Soil Association (SA Certification Ltd). The color and quality of this product is determined by the age of the leaves and the process of extraction.

Bottle Sealing Wax is used from the smallest distilleries to the world’s largest brands of spirits, beer and wine to create distinctive, visually appealing products and is becoming increasingly popular. Rapeseed Coconut Melt Wax 4119 is the slab version of 4430 Rapeseed Melt Blend – granules. This ready-to-use blend provides an excellent mold release for wax melts and small pillar candle. This wax is not suitable for container candles.

Rapeseed Wax 4110 is a 100% rapeseed wax used as a natural additive to soften other natural waxes and obtain lower melt temperatures. This renewable material has been developed to produce high quality candle blends. Rapeseed Wax comes from the oil that is harvested from the plant, it is an ideal sustainable eco-wax. The Rapeseed crop sources are from locally grown non-GM crops in UK, France and Germany.

Batik Wax 932 is a blend of bleached natural beeswax and fully refined paraffin wax which does not contain residual solvent. It has not been tested on animals by ourselves or on our behalf.

Organic Coconut Oil is a super absorbing, hydrating emollient oil that melts into your skin. White to off-white in color, this high quality coconut oil acts like a butter-type ingredient (i.e. soft/solid at room temperature) in its natural form. The coconut oil is pressed from the dried kernel flesh of the coconut and is then filtered & lightly refined. The crude coconut oil is then deodorized to remove the aroma, making it ideal for users who want the Coconut functionality without the aroma affecting the formulation. 6044-ORG is suitable for vegans.

SFX Shatter Wax is used in many movies. You have seen windows being jumped through, bottles being smashed on heads, all sort of glass and ice props being destroyed on set is made of this material. Many are made with our Shatter Wax, a clear, ice-like material designed to resemble ice and glass for special effects and prop manufacture. Shatter wax is hard/very brittle for shattering effects and can be customized to achieve the desired hardness. Slush Casting Wax - Winter, Soft is a high quality, soft casting wax for lost wax casting. It casts easily, withstands handling when cold without cracking and it burns out cleanly. This sculpture wax is soft and pliable, designed for slush casting in flexible molds. It is an excellent general purpose casting wax that exhibits good results in a wide variety of sculpture applications. Formulated to leave minimum to no residue, our soft slush casting wax can be used in winter or whenever the environmental temperature proves to be challenging for working with hard waxes. This wax can be blended with other casting waxes like our medium or hard slush casting waxes to achieve the desired consistency.

Premium Natural Candle Wax 4351 is a Soy, Rapeseed and Beeswax blend for container candles that is ideally suited for high end container candles. It delivers a great scent throw hot and cold. Premium Natural Candle Wax 4351 is manufactured by British Wax in the UK. The higher setting temperature helps to speed up candle production and enables single-pour in most cases, resulting in a level surface with excellent adhesion. 4352 is a viable option for color inclusion.

SFX Gel Wax is for Special Effects and is easily melted and molded clear. You’ll be able to create impressive props, including body parts, long term food displays, ice cubes, etc. This is due to our wax being a dimensionally stable, jelly/gel-like material. Sometimes used instead of silicone rubber, Gel Wax is a specially formulated medium for all those special effects were you need a substance resembling jelly. Using wax on set adds consistency to the filming, it’s practical, and eliminates the risk of spillage or melting.

Slush Casting Wax, Hard is the hardest of our slush casting waxes. It is a tough and durable wax that provides superb reproduction of detail and is also effective as a wax hardener.

Yellow Beeswax - Technical Grade complies with the maximum value of 18% for the total hydrocarbon content stated in the Quality Mark for candles and candlemaking (RAL-GZ041). The scope of this quality mark is to guarantee that beeswax is genuine and unadulterated, and possesses sufficient purity from undesired components. This beeswax is pure and unbleached, original from China. It comes in yellow pieces or plates, translucent when thin, with a fine-grained, matt, non-crystalline fracture; becomes soft and pliable when warmed by hand.

Sunflower wax - Winterised is a pale yellow / cream wax, a by-product of edible oil processing. It can be used in a range of applications. In the cosmetics sector, sunflower wax is used for creams, lipsticks, balms. It can also be used in some industrial processes, as well as in candle making. Sunflower wax is vegan.

Paraffin Container Candle Wax Slab is based on low melting paraffin waxes and is suitable for container filling. It has been especially developed for the use in glass jars and similar containers for “one fill” operations.

Tussauds Figure Casting Wax is used to make many wax sculptures and wax models around the world. If you have ever been to a wax museum or waxworks display, you were probably looking at our products. This product has a lifelike appearance and is used to reproduce the tone and texture of the human skin in wax displays like Madame Tussauds. Figure casting wax can also be used for wax medical models, by art colleges, in arts and craft applications. BioCERE is an Organic Container Candle Wax. The Organic status is achieved by blending certified organic renewable waxes and oils, including beeswax (which encourages biodiversity). BioCERE is obviously free of pesticides and GMOs. The vegetable part of the blend includes organic palm, carnauba and coconut. The organic palm is RSPO Identity Preserved (the highest level of cerification). A good proportion of the land used to grow the palm has been converted from cattle pasture. BioCERE is the organic candle wax you need to produce a truly organic container or massage candle.

Castor wax is a natural wax, derivate from castor oil. Castor wax is hard and brittle.

Unfilled Modeling Wax, Medium is a firmer unfilled modeling wax. This modeling wax is suitable for direct casting and can be hardened with green casting wax 1584 or 1584W or softened with oil or petroleum jelly. We also offer a softer version of this product.

Refined Rice Bran Wax is a 100% natural vegetable sustainable wax and is obtained in the production process of rice oil, which contains 4 to 6% of wax. The Rice Bran oil that we supply has been winterised for best results. This pure refined Rice Bran Wax is light yellow in color and of a distinct brittle hardness. It has a melting point of close to 80°C and is often compared to Carnauba wax as an alternative coating agent. Rice Bran Wax has an outstanding oil binding property compared to all other waxes.

Vybar Dispersion is a candle additive which helps improve the performance of most paraffin based candle waxes. Vybar Dispersion acts as crystal-modifier which homogenizes the structure of any paraffin wax. The transparency of paraffin is reduced by Vybar Dispersion , so colors will show a higher intensity and improves the ability of the wax to retain fragrances. Issues like mottling and air bubbles within the candle are also decreased with addition of Vybar Dispersion . For those with a drawing machine, the drawability of paraffin wax is improved with Vybar Dispersion.

Slush Casting Wax, Medium is a high quality, medium casting wax for lost wax casting. It casts easily, withstands handling when cold without cracking and it burns out cleanly. This is a medium hardness, general purpose slush casting wax. It shows good air release properties and a degree of flexibility to allow easy removal from the mold and provides excellent reproduction of detail. Like all our casting waxes, our medium slush casting wax is formulated to leave minimal to no residue.

Natural EcoSystem RS1 was co-developed in the UK with Candle Shack and manufactured under license by British Wax. EcoSystem RS1 is a unique blend of natural Rapeseed and Soy Wax. This is a truly professional-grade candle wax. Suitable for container candles, EcoSystem RS1 is easy to wick, promotes self trimming, whilst delivering very good scent throw with compatible oils. It has been particularly developed to work well with essential and nature identical oil blends.

SFX Ice Wax and Glass Wax has been used in many of the blockbuster movies and series you have seen recently. Ice Wax can be used to build ice sculptures and ice structures that, crucially, don’t melt. You have seen our (transparent) product used for icicles, ice altars, frozen lakes. Our wax is used by artists, SFX specialists, studios and companies around the world because of it’s quality and safety on stage or set. This wax can be heated and hand poured when molten. Used with molds (ideally silicone rubber molds or silicone coated molds), our Ice Wax can be used to create glass-like items and theatrical glass structures. You can even create bottles, jars, glass sheets. Props and items made with our Ice Wax and Glass Wax are being safe to break or shatter if needed, although out SFX Shatter Wax is specifically designed for shattering on set. Carnauba Wax – Type 3 is commonly used in cosmetics, polishes, protective coatings and lubricants. Carnauba Wax is obtained from the leaves of the ‘Copernica Cerifera’ palm tree. The color and quality of this product are determined by the age of the leaves and the process of extraction.

Refined Sumac Wax is pale ivory to slightly yellow in color and is derived by pressing the fruit (peel of the berry kernels of several varieties) of the Chinese Sumac Tree, which is indigenous to China. Sumac Wax is a Japan Wax substitute as it is derived from the same plant and can be used in cosmetics as a consistency enhancer and co-emulsifier with moisturizing properties.

Brittle Sealing Wax, also know as “bankers wax”, is specially formulated to adhere directly to surfaces and is a great tool to differentiate your packaging and products from other brands. British Wax supplies Brittle Sealing Wax to manufacturers, companies, and institutions.

Rapeseed-Coco Container Candle Wax 4357 is a proprietary blend, developed to provide a 100% natural container candle wax which also delivers premium performance.

Rapeseed Coconut Wax Melt 4430 is the granulated version of 4119 Rapeseed Melt Blend – slab. Both are specially formulated blends of rapeseed and coconut for wax melts and tea lights. It can be used for small pillar candles. This wax is not derived from genetically modified crops, it contains no soy or palm derived materials, contains no other additives and is vegan friendly as well as Halal and Kosher certified. It is not suited for large pillar candles, or container candles. This ready-to-use blend provides an excellent mold release for wax melts and small pillar candle and has a bright white color that achieves great color retention.

Coconut Wax 4103 is a 100% natural and biodegradable wax.

Filled Modeling Wax, Soft 1704 is a soft modeling wax, easy to manipulate and model as it is easily softened by the heat of your hands. Once cooled down, modeling wax will return to its solid state. Our modeling wax sticks to itself readily, allowing for adding material where needed. You can use our modeling waxes as a valid alternative to modeling clay. Modeling wax doesn’t dry and it can be reused. And it can be mixed with other waxes to achieve the desired hardness. Our modeling waxes are used by sculptors and artists across the UK and the world. We also supply schools of fine arts, colleges of design, universities. This is a filled wax, meaning that an inert component is added to make it even more workable. This also means that this modeling wax is unsuitable for direct casting.
