We finance part of the agricultural activities in order to avoid intermediaries or brokers and offer a fair payment to farmers. We conduct training and technical support programs with our engineers in agricultural communities. We offer personal development programs to improve the quality of life for our employees and their families. We give donations to more than 20 non-profit organizations. We are part of FEJAL, a foundation that promotes education, well-being and human development programs for less privileged populations in Jalisco, Mexico."
