Crestapol® 1240

Crestapol® 1240 is a urethane acrylate-based over-laminating resin designed for re-laminating polyester composite panels, including those produced by infusion. It eliminates the need for surface preparation, such as sanding or priming, reducing time and cost. With excellent adhesion performance, it supports various assembly configurations without requiring a primer, making it suitable for efficient composite manufacturing and repair applications.

Crestapol® 1240 is supplied in 25kg cans, 200kg drums and 1000kg containers. There are recycling and reuse channels for those packaging. Scott Bader also uses recycled packaging.

Storage Information

Crestapol® 1240 must be stored at a temperature between 2°C and 23°C (36°F and 77°F) in its original, closed packaging, in a dry, ventilated area. The product must be protected from frost and direct sunlight.
