Fluoroloy® brand grades are high performance, custom formulated compounds and alloys for extreme and specialty sealing applications including PTFE and PTFE blends, fluoropolymers, PEEK and UHMW-PE. We offer over 80 standard Fluoroloy® grades which have been developed to perform in the most diverse and extreme applications.

Chemfluor tubing offers the ultimate in purity, chemical resistance and broad temperature capability for handling ultra-pure fluids or highly corrosive materials. Chemfluor FEP and PFA tubing products are FDA compliant and contain no additives or plasticizers to contaminate liquids. All Chemfluor tubing products are inert to virtually all chemicals. When used with Chemfluor Fittings, only ultrapure fluoropolymer surfaces contact fluids. Fluoropolymer tubing is the recommended tubing in many demanding areas such as chromatography, semi-conductor processing, Type I Water and cryogenic applications. Chemfluor Tubing is not for use in peristaltic pumps. FEP tubing has the greatest clarity and abrasion resistance. Transparent to UV light.

St. Gobain's, Tygothan® Polyurethane Tubing exhibits excellent stability even when exposed to oils, greases and fuels. When flexible tubings are exposed to harsh chemicals, plasticizer extraction leading to embrittlement one of the most frequent causes of failure. Tygothane® C-210-A is plasticizer-free and remains flexible even when cycled through temperature extremes. Rigidly controlled manufacturing processes ensure consistently tight tolerances from one lot to the next. Precision tolerances and high elasticity provide the user with an easy, worry-free attachment to fittings. Able to withstand rugged daily use, Tygothane® Precision Polyuerethane Tubing is made of a tough, ester-based polyurethane. Its clarity, high tear strength and excellent abrasion resistance make it ideal for many applications, including fuel and lubricant lines, pneumatic lines, abrasive product transfer and cable jacketing. It meets FDA criteria for food and beverage use and is also available in ether-based, medical grade and reinforced formulations. Tygothane® C-210-A resists weathering and can be safely used in temperatures ranging from -100°F (-73°C) to 200°F (93°C).
