Torlen

Composite polymer material based on high density polyethylene with the addition of carbon black and stabilizing additives. It is used for the manufacture of protective anti-corrosion coating of steel pipes by extrusion as an outer layer.

Torlen PE 2K-901 black

Armlen PP MD 20-1 is a 20% mineral filled polypropylene. This material displays high mechanical properties, low buckling and shrinkage parameters, it may be applied as substitution of metals, thermosetting polymers and other thermoplastics (polyamides, polyester, ABS plastics) in technical products, including those exploited in chemically aggressive conditions, and general items. Designed for injection molding and extrusion of various items and parts for construction, electrical tools, machine engineering, household appliances, transportation, camping equipment and etc. Available in black color.

Armlen PP MD 20-1

Armlen PP GF MD 30-1 is a 30% glass fiber, thermostabilized, hydrolysis resilient polypropylene. This material displays high mechanical, thermophysical and dielectric properties; is resilient to cold and hot water, alkali, acids, detergents (acetone, spirits etc.), and benzene fumes. This material is compliant with Europesecurity requirements. Designed for injection molding of items and parts for wide solutions range: construction, electronics, auto industry, machine engineering, aviation, fire safety equipment, household, transportation etc. Including products exploited outdoor in natural light, precipitation and other weather factors. Available in light-gray color.

Armlen PP GF MD 30-1

Armlen PP TPE-10-70A is a mineral filled thermoplastic elastomer, based on styrenic block copolymers, contains modifying additives, heat and light stabilizers. Displays high resistance to rigid environments and polar solvents (ether, acetone, spirit), atmosphere and ozone-resistant. Approved for application with edibles and potable war: hot and cold. Designed to replace technical rubbers. Unlike rubber, may be exposed to frequent recycling and dying with super concentrates in the process of products manufacture. Available in natural and light-gray color.

Armlen PP TPE-10-70A

Polypropylene filled with 20% Calcium Carbonate, impact resistant. Main features: High impact resistance, easy to demould, intended for the manufacture of thin-walled products. Available in various colors. Application: plinth siding panels.

Armlen PP MF 40-4M

Impact modified 10% mineral filled polypropylene composite material for and interior and exterior trims. UV-stabilized. Can be colored-in-mass.

Armlen PP MF 13-8IM

A polyolefin-based, mineral filled, thermo-elastoplastic composite material. Contains modified additives, thermostabilizers and light-stabilizers. Displays a high resistance to ozone and atmosphere, to aggressive environments and polar solvents. Designed for isolation materials manufacture and protective shells for cables and wires; rubbers exploited in a temperature range of -60 °C – 90 °C (capable to withstand a short heat to 105 °C). Unlike rubbers, this material is capable to endure many recycles, along with dye with super concentrates in the process of product manufacture. Available in natural and black colors.

Armlen PP-2FR is a low-combustible polypropylene. Compliant with RoHS. Designed for injection molding and extrusion of various items and parts for electronic and general purposes. Available in natural, yellow and beige.
