Proflex Products

Proflex® MB25 is a two component, epoxy reaction resin based sealer for professional flooring installation over damp sub floors. MB25 will mitigate moisture pressure from a humid sub floor to an acceptable level for any flooring installation. It will bridge minor cracks in the subfloor. MB-25 spreads easily and creates a dust free surface ready for safe installation of flooring.

Proflex® PR27 primer is a necessary companion product to be used with the Proflex® series of elastomeric membranes. The PR27 is designed to condition and prepare a substrate for the application of Proflex® membranes. PR27 primer is formulated for exterior conditions and can be applied easily and safely to a variety of substrates.

Proflex® SP1 - Super Prime is a multi purpose sealer / primer is a pure acrylic based, solvent free product with multiple uses. SP1 may be used as a bonding agent with other Proflex® surface preparation products, modified mortars, adhesive, and membranes when adhering to difficult substrates such as gypsum based concrete, epoxy coatings, vct, non-cushioned sheet vinyl, glazed tile, terrazzo, glass, and metal. SP1 can also be used to prime metal and resin backed tile to allow for modified mortar installation. SP1 can also be used to encapsulates old adhesive residue, (including cut-back asphalt adhesive).

Proflex® GP1 - Gypsum Primer is specially formulated primer for use with Proflex® elastomeric membranes over Gypcrete® or lightweight gypsum based substrates. It is safe, non-flammable, water based product. Easy installation, can be applied with roller of pressure sprayer.

Proflex® PR11 is primer necessary companion products to be used with the Proflex® series of elastomeric membranes. The PR11 is designed to condition and prepare a substrate for the application of Proflex® membranes. PR11 primer is formulated for interior or exterior conditions and can be applied easily and safely to a variety of substrates. It is safe, non-flammable, water based product. Easy installation, can be applied with roller of pressure sprayer.

Proflex® MS-225 is a moisture sealer is a unique one-part, multi-functional moisture barrier that dries to a clear film that is alkali and water-resistant. It is designed for use on interior porous concrete substrates as a penetrating and film-forming hydrophobic (water repelling) barrier to protect flooring installations against moisture vapor transmission rates of up to 15 lbs. Per 1000 sq. ft. per 24 hours and in-situ Relative Humidity (RH) moisture readings up to 95%. The multi-functionality of the product results from the barrier coating ability to prime porous concrete and eliminate dust, and to neutralize surface alkalinity by forming a barrier coating that provides an acceptable pH level and block migration of alkaline salts through the slab.)
