On April 1, 2014, CL Grupo Industrial acquired the PET resin production unit –Artenius SLU- ESPAÑA from La Seda Group. The new company has been established under the name PlastiVerd with the aim of signaling our commitment to the manufacture of new and differentiated resins that consume less energy and also reinforce our commitment to environmental sustainability.
