Cel-Span® Purge 609

Cel-Span® Purge 609 is a high clarity ready to use thermal stablizier and purging compound. The product contains a unique chemical additive system targeted for applications where clarity must be maintained and resin contaminations are critical. Cel-Span® Purge 609 will remove all debris and because of its polarity, will not stay inside the barrel forcing processors to purge out the purging agent, an activity typical of most purges. None of the additives in Cel-Span® 609 contains a polyolefin resin. This product can be used as a shutdown stablizer for PC and polyester resins.

Cel-Span® Purge 609 additives are listed on the TOSCA list. There are no adverse health effects from the use of Cel-Span® Purge 609. Cel-Span® Purge 609 is packaged in 50 lb. plastic bags or 1,100 lb. gaylord boxes. We recommend this product be kept closed and stored in the original container, away from light, heat, and highly humid environments.
