Cel-Span® Process Aid 315N

Cel-Span® Process Aid 315N is an effective compatibilizer and coupling additive with an additional stabilizing package added with regrind Polypropylene and Polyethylene applications in mind. Cel-Span® Process Aid 315N recommended usage is 1.5% to 3.0%. We also recommend that the rear zone temperatures are reduced by 15% – 20% and the front zone by 5% – 10%. Compatibilization of dissimilar resins is achieved through a non-acidic means to prevent additional degradation of the previously compromised regrind systems being utilized. The use of Cel-Span® Process Aid 315N increases physical properties by 10% - 20% depending on types of materials used and regrind conditions. Fiberglass is better orientated with the use of Cel-Span® Process Aid 315N allowing improved izod and tensile rating with enhanced gloss and esthetics.
