"The company PCW Gmbh was established in 1887. At that time the Deutsche Celluloid Fabrik was founded as one of the world’s first PVC processing factories at the site in Eilenburg, Germany. Thus the foundation was laid for the tradition-steeped company which is today family-owned. In 2006 the Polyplast Müller Group took over the company, which was operating under the name of Eilenburger Compound Werk GmbH at that time.

To meet the requirements and developments in the plastic processing field, investments were made in the double-digit million range, which went into the optimization of the existing plants and the erection of modern, highly productive compounding systems and a new infrastructure. This resulted in the formation of a state-of-the-art development production facility.

The product portfolio also harks back to a long tradition. Under the brand name Decelith, PVC products have been sold around the world since 1936.

The well-known product range is continuously expanded by new product groups including e.g. further developments in the field of polypropylenes (PP) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which are a perfect supplement to the existing rigid and flexible PVC products. These materials were added to the product portfolio under the brand names Saxene and Saxomer.

In addition to the products established in the market, we also cater to customer-specific requirements. A team of experienced engineers and technicians is available to support you with application-specific product developments."

Under the trade name Decelith® we develop and produce rigid as well as flexible PVC compounds. These compounds are used in a diverse range of industrial sectors, such as the construction and electrical industry or also the automotive sector, just to name a few.

Decelith® 62021 by Polyplast Compound Werk is an elastomer modified, lead free, stabilized flexible polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Possesses good mechanical properties, excellent cold flexibility, recyclability, enhanced oil resistance, large processing width and good chemical resistance. Decelith® 62021 is suitable for cable jacketing applications and recommended for drag chain applications and musical instruments.

Decelith® 65138 by Polyplast Compound Werk is a crystal clear, soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Possesses recyclability, offers large processing width and good chemical resistance. Can be processed by extrusion. Is recommended for cable insulation and jacketing. Decelith® 65138 is suitable for applications with high expectations on the visual appearance. Is a VDE 0207 compliant.

Decelith® 65138

PCW Flexible PVC is used for extrusion and injection molding applications in a wide processing window. It is used not only for technical and sensitive applications indoors and outdoors but also as a special compound for applications in medicine. Our flexible PVC is deliverable in shore hardness levels between A 45 and A 95. It is available in crystal clear, transparent, natural, or pigmented versions. And it is leading through innovation.

Decelith® 65301 is suitable for cable jacketing. Is a VDE 0207 compliant for cable types like YI1, YI2, YM1, YM2.

Decelith® 65135 by Polyplast Compound Werk is a visible blue, crystal clear and soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Possesses recyclability and offers large processing width and good chemical resistance. Can be processed using extrusion. Decelith® 65135 is suitable for applications with high expectations on the visual appearance. Potential applications include cable insulations and sheeting. Is a VDE 0207 compliant.

Decelith® 66200 is suitable for cable insulation and jacketing. Is a VDE 0207 compliant for cable types like YI1, YI2, YM1, YM2.

Decelith® 65110 by Polyplast Compound Werk is a cold flexible, lead free polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Possesses recyclability, offers large processing width and good chemical resistance. Is recommended for cable jacketing. Decelith® 65110 is a VDE compliant at 70°C.
