Our research laboratories, headquartered in Greenville, SC, are comprised of synthesis and application capabilities for each industry we serve.

The recent acquisition of our company by PCC SE Duisburg, Germany, with their chemical manufacturing arm, PCC Rokita Brzeg Dolny, Poland and their alkoxylation capability, enhances our global supply capabilities.The synergies will help enhance our position in the United States and the twenty-two countries which we currently serve.

Non-ionic surfactant used mainly in formulations designed cleaning, washing or laundering, both for industrial and institutional applications as well as in households. Low foaming ingredient of washing and cleaning agents also dedicated to industrial applications. It is well blendable with other auxiliary non-ionic agents, and in mixtures with anionic and cationic surface active agents. It can be used as an additive for production of food packaging or food contacting materials.

Maxlube is a water soluble lubricants additive. It was developed to enhance the lubrication characteristics of metalworking and metalforming products. It Improves the wetting characteristics of fats and oils.

ROKOLUB series synthetic base stocks produced by the PCC Group are high-performance lubricants based on Polyalkylene glycols (PAG), which
provide excellent lubrication for gears, bearings and circulating lubrication systems which work at temperatures mineral oils are unable to cope
with. They are resistant to shear, highly resistant to thermal degradation, oxidation and the formation of sludge and deposits. Rokolub oil bases
have a very high Viscosity Index of >180, do not contain paraffins and have a very low pour point.PAG-based lubricating products deliver excellent
performance in the toughest industrial conditions. Their use is recommended by the leadingproducers of calenders in the manufacture of plastics, bearings for paper machines, compressors and gears. It is preferred that these products are used in severe operating conditions.

ROKAmin is a non-ionic surfactant . It belongs to the group of ethoxylated fatty amines with an average ethoxylation value of 11 moles EO. It is a viscous liquid or semi-liquid light brown to brown paste. ROKAmin is freely soluble in water.

Sorbax polyoxyethylated sorbitan esters are used as emulsifiers and solubilizers. These surfactants are used in combination with lower HLB surfactants, particularly the corresponding non-ethoxylated sorbitan esters, for emulsification of petroleum oils and solvents, vegetable oils, waxes, silicones, and other water insoluble compounds.

EXOfos PB-136 is an anionic surfactant that belongs to the group of phosphorous esters. This ester is based on tridecyl alcohol ethoxylate and offered in acidic form. In room temperature, the product is provided in the form of clear or lightly murky liquid. The product has acid value ranging from 90 to 150 mg KOH/g and low pour point, i.e. below -20°C.

Chemax polyethylene glycols are available in a range of molecular weights which find utility as lubricants, chemical intermediates and heat transfer agents.

ROKAnol NL5 is a non-ionic surfactant from the group of ethoxylated alcohols (INCI name: C9-11 Pareth-5). The product belongs to the ROKAnol NL series based on C9-C11 synthetic alcohol. The high surface activity of these compounds is used in detergents and cleaning agents. The commercial product contains about 100% of the active substance and takes the form of a clear or turbid liquid, solidifying at a temperature below 0°C.

SULFOROKAnol L270/1 (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyl ether sulfates (INCI name: Sodium Laureth Sulfate). It is based mainly on raw material of natural origin. The product is available as a liquid paste, colorless to light yellow, and has a concentrated form - a 70% aqueous solution, which reduces transport and storage costs. The product does not contain any preservatives. SULFOROKAnol L270/1 shows complete solubility even in hard water.

ROKAnol IT9 is a non-ionic surfactant of the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols (INCI name: Isotrideceth-9). The product is part of a large group of surfactants based on isotridecyl alcohol, iso-C13. ROKAnol IT9 contains about 100% active substance. It is a liquid with the consistency of oil or paste.

ROKAnol T18 belongs to non-ionic surfactants from the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols, INCI name: Ceteareth-18. The product is based on high molecular alcohol of natural origin. It is produced in the form of white wax. ROKAnol T18 has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. The hydrophilic-lyophilic balance (HLB) value of the product is 16.3, which places it in the group of hydrophilic emulsifiers.

Chemfac PB-184 is widely used as an oil soluble lubricants additive, rust inhibitor and emulsifiers in the metal working industry.

Rokryl TW1 is a stabilized, aqueous dispersion of acrylic acid derivatives polymerization products. It is a white, milky liquid, miscible with water in any proportion, which facilitates application of the product. Rokryl TW1 is used as an auxiliary in the textile industry for inner-side gluing of fabric and non-woven and non-woven bonding using the padding method.

Chemfac phosphate esters exhibit a variety of properties including emulsification, lubrication, cleaning, and wetting. Due to the presence of phosphorous, some of the Chemfac products show excellent extreme pressure (EP) properties in addition to conventional lubricity properties. Certain Chemfacs also exhibit corrosion inhibiting properties when neutralized with amines. Chemfac PC-099E is recommended primarily for synthetic and semi-synthetic formulations. Chemfac PC-188 is recommended primarily for straight oils, soluble oils and semi-synthetics.
