Powerful Antioxidant

For hundred years, olive products have been used for their nutritional and therapeutic properties. The reason is the presence of a powerful element in its composition: Hydroxytyrosol. The synergy of this molecule with the rest of polyphenols provides a very high antioxidant capacity.

Many scientific studies show that the consumption of olive polyphenols and especially of Hydroxytyrosol promotes cardiovascular protection effects.

Other tested effects of Hydroxytyrosol are the ability to protect the DNA and the neurological system, to block the proliferation of tumor cells and to perform anti-inflammatory actions.
