NaturaExtracta begins operations in 2006 with the aim to seize and add value to the different varieties of Mexican chiles through manufacturing and production of their extractives and derivatives. Over time, the company has extended its business to provide color, flavor and protection ingredient solutions for the food and beverage industries. Beginning 2014 in partnership with Enzymotec the company launches bioactive ingredients line for the nutritional as well as functional foods & amp; beverages sectors.
