WIC PP 30 BK IM1 is a black polypropylene compound with 30% carbon fiber filler. It is suitable for injection molding and must be dried at 80°C for 2-4 hours prior to processing to achieve a moisture content of 0.10% maximum. The recommended melt temperature range is between 210 and 260°C, with a mold temperature of 30 to 60°C. The material has been formulated with heat stabilization and impact modification, making it a suitable choice for use in automotive and sports applications. It is also resistant to wear and tear and has a good surface finish.
