WIC PP 20 N is a polypropylene with 20% carbon fiber filler, suitable for use in the automotive and sports markets. Prior to processing, the material must be dried in an air-circulating dryer at 80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. During processing, injection molding is recommended with a melt temperature range of 210–260°C and a mold temperature range of 30–60°C. The material comes in a natural color with a carbon optic and has heat-age stabilization as its special feature.
