WIC PP 15 N

WIC PP 15 N is a base polymer of Polypropylene reinforced with 15% carbon fiber in natural (carbon optic) color. It features heat aging stabilization, making it suitable for automotive, sport and other markets. The pre-drying conditions require it to be heated to 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 2-4h, dependent on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. The processing conditions require injection molding with a melt temperature between 210-260°C, and a mold temperature between 30-60°C. Under certain conditions, the increased thermal conductivity must also be taken into consideration for optimal performance.
