MICOROX® 145 SEALER is a 100% solids epoxy novalac coating designed for application in extremely corrosive environments. 145 may be used as either a topcoat for trowel or slurry floors or as a stand-alone coating. When used as a topcoat, 145 SEALER improves the chemical and abrasion resistance of MICOROX® FLOORING SYSTEMS while improving cleanability. As a coating for old or new concrete it offers outstanding protection from a wide variety of industrial chemicals including concentrated Sulfuric Acid.

MICOROX® HTX SEALER is a 100% solid epoxy coating designed for application in extremely corrosive environments. HTX may be used as either a topcoat for trowel or slurry floors or as a stand-alone coating. When used as a topcoat, HTX SEALER improves the chemical and abrasion resistance of micorox flooring systems while improving cleanability. As a coating for old or new concrete it offers outstanding protection from a wide variety of industrial chemicals including concentrated Sulfuric Acid.

MICORTHANE™ 9-82 is a clear two component polyurethane c0ating that provides excellent chemical and abrasion resistance combined with superior wearability and color retention. Its rapid cure and property development make it an excellent choice for interior and exterior maintenance applications on concrete, metal or wood. MICORTHANE™ 9-82 is recommended as an architectural coating, a heavy-duty industrial maintenance coating, a coating for water treatment facilities and food processing facilities, as well as a host of other applications where corrosion and abrasion resistance and superior protection are important. U.S.D.A. approved for incidental food contact.

Micorox® 23-33F Fast Primer is 100% solids, 2-part epoxy floor primer/ sealer. It features extremely rapid thin films set even at reduced temperatures. In addition to rapid cure, it provides excellent adhesion and resistance to a wide variety of chemicals.

Micorthane™ 6-75P Elastometric Primer is a two component, high solids urethane elastomer primer, that remains flexible even at extremely low temperatures. This 82.0% non-volatile primer provides an extremely flexible membrane which has excellent resistance to water, aqueous acids, bases and salts. The high degree of strength and flexibility provided by this coating reduces failures due to cracking or shifting of substrata.

MICOROX® 25-86 PRIMER/SEALER is a two component, 100% solids epoxy resin based product designed as a flexible primer or binder for Decorative Flooring. It is intended for use in areas where thermal or mechanical shock and minor substrate movement is expected. 25-86 will penetrate and seal small cracks and function as a membrane under other flooring systems.

MICOROX® FLOORLIFE™ PRIMER is a 77% non-volatile primer designed to improve the adhesion of trowelled, slurry or roller applied coatings to concrete and other substrata. MICOROX® FLOORLIFE™ PRIMER is designed for use under all FLOORLIFE™ 3-part trowel or slurry applied systems. It features low viscosity for deep penetration, long working life, and outstanding adhesion.

MICOROX® 287 PRIMER is a multipurpose, 40% solids primer that allows the application of other MIcORON products, including resurfacers, liners, and coatings to old or green concrete. MICOROX® 287 PRIMER is applied to eliminate the conventional 28 day cure time by bonding to the fresh concrete surface and providing a chemical bond to the top coat. 287 PRIMER is moisture tolerant, has no odor and zero voc. It will typically reduce moisture transmission by better than 50% with one application.

MICOROX® 103 PRIMER is a multipurpose primer and sealer, based upon a unique chemistry that allows the application of other MICOROX products, including resurfaces, liners, and coatings to green concrete. MICOROX® 103 PRIMER is applied to eliminate the conventional 28-day cure time by deeply penetrating into the pores of the fresh concrete surface, and bonding securely to the concrete and the overlayment as well. This primer/sealer provides substantial savings in both cost and downtime. MICOROX® 103 PRIMER is an ideal substitute for curing compounds, hardeners, or sealants for new concrete because it prevents the rapid dehydration of new concrete and eliminates concrete dusting, resulting in a better cure and higher concrete strengths.

MICOROX® 1882 SEALER is a 100% solids epoxy coating designed for application in corrosive environments. 1882 may be used as either a topcoat or a sealer. When used as a topcoat, this two-component epoxy enhances the chemical and abrasion resistant properties of MICOROX® FLOORING SYSTEMS while increasing cleanability. MICOROX 1882 SEALER offers superior protection for new and old surfaces when applied as a concrete floor sealer. MICOROX 1882 is U.S.D.A. approved for incidental food contact.

MICOROX® PVE PRIMER is a single component urethane primer designed to insure the maximum adhesion of polyester and vinylester systems to concrete, steel and other surfaces. Although designed primarily as a primer MICOROX® PVE PRIMER offers superior abrasion and chemical resistance compared to other moisture cured urethanes when used as a concrete sealer.

MICOROX® 1295 Sealer is a 100% solids, 2 component epoxy sealer designed as a coating for concrete floors and a sealer for other MICOROX® FLOORING SYSTEMS. It is ideal for commercial, institutional, and light manufacturing areas where a high-quality coating or sealer is required. 1295 Sealer offers a durable abrasion resistant surface. It provides excellent resistance to many common industrial chemicals, grease, oil, and cleaning compounds. Excellent handling characteristics provide easy installation using brush, roller, and other common application techniques. 1295 can also be used as a base for colored vinyl flake floors.
