Duradene™711 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 18.0% bound styrene and a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™711 offers excellent abrasion resistance and low temperature performance. It is often used in tire formulas with low black and oil loadings where good wear and hysteresis are desired.

Diene™55NF10 is a solution polymerized rubber grade medium cis polybutadiene that contains a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. This medium viscosity grade rubber is used in a variety of molded and extruded mechanical goods. Diene™55NF10 offers excellent resistance to abrasion, high resilience or rebound, low temperature flexibility, and good resistance to fatigue cracking and crack growth.

Royaltherm 1411A is a modified EPDM with a special silicone rubber. Royaltherm 1411A is supplied as a base compound that can be vulcanized with peroxides or sulfur/accelerator systems. Royaltherm 1411A is 30 - 40 Durometer when vulcanized with 1.8 phr of dicumyl peroxide. It can be blended with Royaltherm 1721 for intermediate hardness applications. Royaltherm 1411A is recommended for applications that require lower tensile strength than Royaltherm 1721. Royaltherm 1411A is also recommended for applications that require retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, weather and moisture resistance, electrical stability and compression recovery at low temperatures.
