K-FLEX® PE is a polyethylene based closed cell, flexible foam insulation meeting the requirements of ASTM C1427. It is environmentally-friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. K-FLEX® PE contains no halogens. The product is made in K-FLEX® USA’s ISO 90001:2008-certified manufacturing facility in North Carolina. K-FLEX® PE has excellent thermal, physical, and chemical resistance properties as exhibited by its low thermal conductivity and low water absorption and water vapor permeability values.

K-FLEX® K 41-N is a unique formulation provides excellent compression set resistance for sustained performance in demanding applications.

K-FLEX® HT is an EPDM-based closed-cell, flexible elastomeric foam insulation. It is environmentally friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. An EPAregistered antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the product providing additional protection against mold, fungal and bacterial growth.

K-FLEX® ECO® is a halogen-free, NBR-based closed cell, flexible elastomeric foam insulation. It is environmentally-friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. An EPA-registered antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the product providing additional protection against mold, fungal and bacterial growth. K-FLEX® ECO® does not contain carbon black or PVC in accordance with United States Navy Environmental Department standards.

K-FLEX® K-FONIK GK ST is a smooth elastomeric sound insulation panel in various thicknesses, coupled with a high density elastomeric sheet. The product is lead-free and therefore does not represent a health risk. K-FONIK GK ST combines the features of K-FONIK GK with a layer of our elastomeric sheet. Flexible It is a elastomeric foam with high-density elastomeric material.

K-FLEX® INSUL-SHEET® is an NBR/PVC based closed cell, flexible elastomeric foam insulation. It is environmentally-friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. An EPA registered antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the product providing additional protection against mold, fungal and bacterial growth.

K-FLEX® K 42-N is an open cell Flexible Elastomeric Foam designed for sound absorption. It combines excellent acoustic performances and insulation characteristics.

K-FLEX® K-FONIK GK is a high density elastomeric material based on partially reticulated polymers with viscoelastic properties designed for acoustic insulation applications.

K-FLEX® K 40-E is designed for use in the Automotive industry. K-TEK K 40-E delivers uniform compression deflection performance and provides long-term resistance to ozone, weathering and heat.

K-FLEX® K 41-P is designed for general purpose applications up to 93°C (200°F).

K-FLEX® K-FONIK AB is an open cell Flexible Elastomeric Foam designed for sound absorption. Its viscoelastic properties, open cell structure and good air flow resistance make it excellent for acoustic insulation in building, HVAC/R, pipes and industrial applications. It combines excellent acoustic performances and insulation characteristics.

K-FLEX® TITAN™ is a flexible coextruded jacketed composite material applied to K-FLEX® NBR/PVC tubular insulation. It is a polymeric jacketed material that offers excellent flexibility, abrasion and weather resistance, making it ideal for outdoor applications.

K-FLEX® XLPE is a polyethylene insulating product.

K-FLEX® K41-PAG is a unique formulation provides excellent compression set resistance for sustained performance in demanding applications.

It is UL GREENGUARD® Gold Certified for low VOC emissions. The product’s key physical properties are approved by Factory Mutual.

K-FLEX® Duct® Liner Gray is an NBR/PVC-based closed cell, flexible elastomeric foam thermal and acoustic insulation. It is environmentally friendly as it is free of CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs, PBDEs, formaldehyde and fibers. An EPA registered antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the product providing additional protection against mold, fungal and bacterial growth.
