About Us

IFC Solutions was founded in 1939 in Brooklyn, New York as International Foodcraft Corporation. Founded by a one-armed food scientist (we’re not kidding), IFC developed and manufactured the first economical non-dairy anti-stick/release products for use in bakeries. Over the years, anti-stick offerings for the confectionery and meat processing industries were added. In the 1950’s at the request of several candy customers, International Foodcraft developed the revolutionary COLOREZE™ Food Color Concentrates, an economical and easy method of adding color to confectionery products.
