HOOH Organic Hop BC Nugget is a faithful & fragrant companion for creative brewers. Our oil-rich BC Nugget is loaded with Linalool (floral/lilac), ß-Ocimene (fruity sweetness), and well-rounded spice notes thanks to the high Caryophyllene and ß-Cubebene content (a terpene found in peppercorns).

Instead, maxed out concentrations of Myrcene and Ocimene give our Comet a zesty, pleasant, and powerful aroma. Challenger is ideal for dry-hopping beers that require a more nuanced aroma lift thanks to its impressive secondary terpene profile. γ-Terpinene combined with with α-Bergamotene terpenes help create a bright and lemony tea-like floral aroma in the BC Challenger.

HOOH Organic Hop BC Tahoma contains a Citra-like terpene signature. Like Citra, our Tahoma is loaded with Myrcene, ß-Pinene and Linalool. And because its spicy terpenes (e.g., Caryophyllene) are so low, Tahoma is a go-to to help elevate fruity and citrus hop-forward beers. High concentrations of ß-Ocimene and γ-Terpinene give Tahoma a surprisingly nuanced hop character of smooth, deep and sweet citrus character.

HOOH Organic Hop BC DR Rudi is grown right here by Mill Creek Hops in the Okanagan, British Columbia with refreshing sweet with lemongrass notes and without any spice character. High Myrcene and Linalool terpenes contribute to its freshness while minimal Caryophyllene allows for an overall smooth and sweet aroma.
