Highland International 74-IS is a thin film 2-K Hybrid Epoxy Novolac Liner Coating that offers exceptional temperature and chemical protection. Specifically formulated for In Situ application, 74-IS Series provides superior barrier properties against acidic, caustic, and high heat environments. Chem-Temp 74-IS Series also offers excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance with a temperature rating of 250˚F for immersion and 350˚F for dry heat, making it the premium choice for high performance against corrosive cargo.

Highland International 70-HF is a high-solids, 2-K High Performance Epoxy Coating formulated for an array of applications including interior liners for vessels, tanks, pipelines carrying mild to medium cargos (process water, fuels, crude oil etc.) up to 212F/100C. 70-HF may also be used for CUI and other exterior services that require exceptional surface tolerance, corrosion protection, and abrasion resistance from ambient up to 250F/121C. This versatile coating will also perform well with dry-heat excursions up to 350F/176C. 70-HF’s engineered viscosity allows for more consistent spray applications regardless of diameter, or equipment: airless, lance, conventional, or specifically engineered. ChemTemp 70-HF Series also offers extended pot life workability and low temperature cure characteristics for easier applications and a quick return to service.

Highland International 827-HB is a unique high-build single package inert multipolymeric matrix coating designed to provide heat stability & withstand severe cyclic conditions up to 1200˚F. It is an excellent choice for coating under insulation (CUI), stacks, chemical plant components, refineries and other areas that require corrosion protection and see elevated temperatures up to 1200˚F. It is specifically formulated to allow application to marginally prepared surfaces, and may even be applied over tightly adhered rust. 827-HB shows superior thermal shock resistance even when applied in excess of 16 mils TDFT, providing the best characteristics of a high temperature coating in a Dry-Fall “Spray Safe” formula that eliminates overspray worries and meets SS-4, SS-5, CS-6 and CS-8 of NACE SP0198-10.

Highland International 74-AR is a thin film 3-K Hybrid Epoxy Novolac Liner Coating formulated to provide excellent resistance to abrasion and erosion as well as exceptional temperature and chemical protection. Specifically formulated for tank linings, vessels, and pipelines, 74-AR Series provides superior barrier properties against acidic, caustic, and high heat environments. Chem- Temp 74-AR Series also offers excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance with a temperature rating of 300˚F for immersion (350°F for some cargoes/services) and 450˚F for dry heat, making it the premium choice for high performance against corrosive cargo.

Highland International 350-INS is a composite ceramic insulation coating system. The coating provides an insulating barrier, protects personnel and helps prevent or reduce condensation formation all in one product. Microscopic air filled ceramic particles blended with premium acrylic resins provide substantial temperature differentials in relatively thin films. Highland 350-INS eliminates the need for conventional insulation and jacketing for process equipment and piping.
