About Us

We are an Italian developer and producer of innovative plant-based clean label functional ingredients for the food industry. Our goal is to add value to customer's finished products by providing not only ingredients, but also our technical know-how.We are based in Parma, Italy, in the heart of the Food Valley. With a long tradition in food products, agriculture as well as food machinery, Parma was awarded by UNESCO the title of "Creative City of Gastronomy", ambassador of the Food Valley worldwide. Parma is the headquarter of EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and of many important food companies. Moreover, Parma University announced a further increase in its offering of Food Programs.
