Tarflen is a trademark of Grupa Azoty for polytetrafluoroethylene ( PTFE ), the equivalent of Teflon by DuPont, a construction fluoroplastic with unique properties. The offer includes: base polymers (suspension and dispersion) in the form of powders and granules, also compositions with fillers (brown, graphite, coke, fiberglass, molybdenum disulphide) water dispersions for covering the surface with a layer of low adhesion The unique properties of Tarflen make it used as anti-corrosive, anti-adhesive, anti-friction material and as a dielectric in the most difficult conditions. PTFE is also used in various types of devices and medical devices due to its total biological inertness and the possibility of sterilization at elevated temperature.
