Nitoseal® PU220 is a two part polyurethane formulation which is blended with high grade pitch which cures to form elastomeric, highly resilient seals with excellent recovery properties. It does not exhibit the characteristic disadvantages of conventional bituminous or tar based compounds such as embrittlement, thermo-plasticity and cold flow tendencies. Cured Nitoseal® PU220 seals are watertight and highly resistant to weathering and aging. Nitoseal® PU220 is supplied as a black, gun grade sealant suitable for both vertical and horizontal joints.

Colpor 200 is a cold applied, two part polyurethane sealant which is designed for joints in concrete paved areas. The capability of accommodating cyclic movements is retained by Colpor 200 throughout extremes of temperature conditions. Colpor 200 is resistant to fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid spillage, will not harden in cold weather nor become excessively soft or pick up in hot conditions. Colpor 200 has high durability and long service life which significantly reduces maintenance costs.

Nitoseal® PE290 three-component flexibilised polyester based sealant cures to form a tough resilient seal with a limited degree of movement. The material is self leveling and can be poured or gunned directly into horizontal slots. Nitoseal® PE290 will adhere to both concrete and asphalt surfaces that have been well prepared whether dry or damp.

Nitoseal® PU40 is a one part, low modulus gun grade elastomeric sealant based on polyurethane technology. Nitoseal® PU40 may be applied to joints between 5 and 35mm wide. To minimize stress imposed on the joint sealant, all moving joints should be designed to an optimum width to depth ratio of 2:1 with an overriding minimum depth of 5mm for non-porous surfaces and 10mm for porous surfaces.

Nitoseal® PU280 two-part pouring grade sealant is formulated from a blend of epoxy and urethane polymers. The mixed sealant is self leveling and can be poured directly into hori- zontal joints to form a tough resilient seal possessing a limited degree of flexibility.

Nitoseal® MS300 is a one part, high modulus sealant based on hybrid silyl modified polyether technology. It has a rapid rate of cure and forms a tough elastomer capable of supporting heavy wheel loads. Nitoseal® MS300 may be applied between 6mm and 20mm wide, for internal trafficked flush joints and up to 40mm wide, for non-trafficked / recessed trafficked joints. In most cases it is recommended to form a sealing slot with a square cross- section, subject to a minimum 10mm depth. To ensure the sealant operates within its stated movement accommodation capacity the sealing slot widths should be designed in accordance with the recommendations of BS6093.

Nitoseal PU220PF is suitable for use in sewage treatment works, petrochem storage tanks, sea water intakes and sea walls, subject to tidal conditions. It is a bio-degradation resistant sealant.

Nitoseal® MS60 is a one part, low modulus sealant based on hybrid silyl modified polyether ("MS") technology.

Thioflex 600 is particularly recommended for use in high-rise buildings and other applications where access for subsequent maintenance will be difficult and the risk of early movement failure must be minimized. It is also suitable for sealing joints in brickwork, retaining walls, basements and subways. Thioflex 600 is available in gun and pouring grades. The gun grade is ideal for general application. It is packed in a ready to mix, 2.5 liter tin containing the base and curing agent in the correct proportions. The pouring grade for joints in horizontal surfaces is supplied in 5 liter packs with the base and curing agent in separate tins. Thioflex 600 pouring grade is recommended for initial sealing of expansion joints and stress relief joints in floors and sealing other horizontal surfaces.

Nitoseal MB150 is a hand applied putty for vertical or inclined joints in water retaining structures.

Nitoseal® MS600 is a one part medium modulus sealant based on hybrid silyl modified polyether technology. It has a fast rate of cure and forms a tough, highly durable and water resistant elastomer.

Nitoseal® MS100 is a tough, durable elastomeric joint sealant. It is based upon hybrid silyl modified polyether technology. It is suitable for use over a wide range of external and internal building applications and has excellent weather resistance. Nitoseal® MS100 has excellent primer-less adhesion to a wide range of common building substrates and does not stain concrete, marble and other masonry surfaces.
