TEGO® Antifoam 50 is a highly efficient silicone-based antifoam emulsion that can be easily diluted with water. It serves as an anti-foaming agent and is suitable for managing foam in a range of industrial applications. Classified under industrial additives, this product falls within the category of processing aids, specifically as an other processing additive, and belongs to the silicone chemical family.

Evonik Polymer VS 1000 consists of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes available in different viscosity levels and molecular weights, with an impressively low content of volatile constituents. These polymers serve as fundamental components in silicone formulations that cure through a platinum-catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing SiH groups. The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.

TEGOTEX® RT 1010 serves as a reactive organo-functional polysiloxane used as a hydrophobization agent in the leather industry. Thanks to its carboxy end groups, TEGOTEX® RT 1010 can also be employed as a reactive component to modify the bulk properties of polymers.

TEGOTEX® CS 8080 is a quaternary silicone for hydrophilic textile finishing. Like TEGOTEX® CS 8081, it is recommended as a substantive, high-performance softening agent with good rewetting properties for textile applications. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 provides excellent softness for non-wovens and fabrics made of natural or synthetic fibers and is also suitable for diverse preparations.

TEGOTEX® CS 0510 is a versatile polyether siloxane additive applicable to non-wovens, woven and knitted textile goods, cellulosic fibers, threads, and yarns. It is utilized for tasks such as handle finishing for textiles, softening of cellulosic articles, preparation of acrylic tow for stretch breaking, and as a softener in the dye bath during the dyeing process, particularly for hydrophilic fibers.

TEGOTEX® CS 0590 is a di-(tallow carboxyethyl) hydroxyethyl methylammonium methosulfate product known for its strong antistatic effect and high substantivity. It imparts a soft, smooth handle to treated goods, including white textiles. Similar to REWOQUAT® WE 18, it offers a good leveling effect on cationic dyes without compromising dye fastness and enhances sewability.

TEGOTEX® UV 5050 is an organo-modified polydimethylsiloxane designed for UV protection and textile finishing. It is easy to dilute in softener formulations and offers protection against sunlight-induced color fading. TEGOTEX® UV 5050 is compatible and easy to formulate at room temperature, providing maximal UV protection with good stability in emulsions.

TEGOTEX® RT 2040 is a durable repelling treatment that does not contain fluorocarbons or flammable liquids. It is based on a polyamide-modified siloxane dispersion and can be applied to various fabric types, especially polyamide, polyester, and polyacrylonitrile. This treatment enhances soil and water repellency on all kinds of synthetic fibers, with a particular focus on polyester.

TEGOTEX® CS 0182 is a cationic softener composed of amidoamine ethoxyquat and based on a combination of vegetable and synthetic raw materials. Its advantages include providing yarn or fabric with a fluffy and bulky hand feeling, strong substantivity with easy adsorption in fabrics, antistatic properties, medium rewetting capabilities, low yellowing, cold-water dispersibility, and compatibility with nonionic, cationic, and amphiprotic surfactants while being incompatible with anionic surfactants.

TEGOTEX® CS 0360 finds applications in nonwovens, woven and knitted textile goods, fibers, threads, and yarns. It serves various purposes, including preparation of man-made fibers, softening in the dye bath during dyeing processes, handling finishing for textiles made of various fibers, use as a rheological additive, and as an O/W emulsifier/stabilizer for clear siloxane softener formulations. Additionally, it serves as an antistatic additive.
