ESTIMOL

ESTIMOL® CX-N is a lubricant additive based on complex polyol esters.It not only enhances the lubricating properties of water-dilutable metal working fluids, but it also improves both their corrosion protection and emulsion stability. When mixed with water, the product forms a milky emulsion.

ESTIMOL® TE 2000 N is a polyol ester based on vegetable and synthetic carboxylic acids. It provides excellent lubricating properties in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Residual acid from esterification has been neutralized with 1-2% of TEA 99%. It is completely water-soluble and forms clear solutions in demineralized water. A small amount of sequestering agent should be added in case hard water is used for the dilution.

ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is a polymer ester based on natural and synthetic carboxylic acids. It provides excellent lubricating and emulsifying properties in metalworking fluids. The acid value of ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is generally neutralized by alkaline components in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical neutralizing agents are alkanol amines, primary and tertiary amines, potassium hydroxide, or other inorganic bases. The neutralized ester contributes to the corrosion protection properties of the fluid and also improves the emulsion stability.
